Our 72 ft. conveyor comes equipped with a 25HP gas engine. The overall boom length of 72 ft. is achieved with a 62 ft. boom and a 10 ft. articulating extension. |

| The
frame is constructed of heavy duty rectangular tube and has two
outriggers for increased stability while the conveyor is in use.
The frame is mounted on two tandem pivoting axles with electric
brakes for easy towing.
The main boom is lifted by a single hydraulic cylinder from a transporting height of 11½ ft. to a maximum loading height of 46 ft. The 10 ft. extension is also controlled hydraulically allowing a wide range of angles for unloading. The conveyor belt is a 20 in. wide chevron belt with cleats 13/8 " in height. These cleats are molded into the belt, not bolted on, allowing for much longer belt life. The belt travels at 400 ft/min. and is driven hydraulically. Push button controls are mounted on both ends of this machine allowing control by operator on the ground or on the roof. Brake and turning lights, electric brakes, engine battery, gas tank, tool box and hydraulic lift for tow hitch all come as standard items on the ASE conveyor. CONVEYOR LENGTHS AVAILABLE:
